The overall question of my portfolio is: How can I show the importance that nature has in human life and how it impacts us?

Sustained Investigation-
Describe how your sustained investigation shows evidence of practice, experimentation, and revision guided by your inquiry question:
I experimented with the idea of nature being a pivotal element in people's happiness. I practiced drawing a lot of fish and ponds because those bring me happiness. After a lot of practice, I got better at drawing fish more proportionately. Overtime I figured out how to shade better and add depth to my pieces. I drew images of things that bring me joy, most of which being related to the environment. Ballet is a form of art that is a big part of my life so I enjoy drawing dancers. While working on my portfolio I was able to revise how I wanted to portray the ideas I had for my art. I am happy with how it turned out.
